System Pages
How to update your default system pages

VIDEO TRANSCRIPT:
Let's take a look at how to update your system
pages in HubSpot.
So in HubSpot, you have your
system pages, and,
uh, basically that's just like your 404
page
or your 500 error page
and things like that.
And if you have, uh, it could be your search results
page as well.
Um, and then if you have a,
uh, more like a higher
tiered package of HubSpot, it could also be
things like your membership pages, your login
pages, your logout pages,
pages to create a password, things like that.
So let me move this.
And to get to them, what you need to do is hit that
gear icon, your settings icon on the top
of the page,
and then you scroll down,
and you get to Content
and Pages.
Now, once you're here, this is for any HubSpot
user. You see
we have these different tabs here.
You go to System Pages,
and then this is where you can set
your default
system pages. So,
um, both
hubs, both Scaffold Light and Scaffold
Pro come with 404 and five err,
500 error pages.
Um, this is for a password prompt, and
then this is for search results. Scaffold
Light doesn't have search functionality, so,
um, it doesn't come with that theme.
But these are
basically the basic things you need to set up.
And then if you're on a, a higher tier of
HubSpot,
you also have private content. So if you scroll
down to where you had pages before,
you click on Private Content,
and then you click on Pages,
and here you can see
where you can set some of these
pages. So these are all in Scaffold Pro.
So there's a registration page,
access denied page,
sign in, sign out, things like that.
So that's basically it. It's not too much to go over.
I just wanted to give a quick tutorial
on what these pages are
and how you can edit them.
